Finally decided to use the PC 7336SP for the first time on my 2002 Graphite Grey Pearl Lexus IS300. To go with the Sonus pads what prepping/polisher might I use instead of 1ZPP / 1ZMP?

My car does have a few small scratches I plan on working out with the orange pad. Topping car with Zaino after PC work.



Your input is greatly appreciated.
 
Zaino is not a topper. Zaino is meant to be used in its own system. There are very few products that Zaino can be put on top of out of its system. Popular opinion would say AIO and maybe PB SSR and mayeb Menzerna FP.
 
Ziano is very finiky I would not use Ziano with 1Z as thoes products contains lots of oils and some wax. Ziano always has problem with bonding unless its oil free. I suggest that you use something in the order of 3M FCRC and SMR twins for something that you can get locally, or use stuff like Poorboys 2.5 and SSR1 or either the Menzerma IP and FP.

How about a polish/cleanser that is perfect for the Zaino system with the same polishing/cleansing ability and ease of use of 1ZMP and a perfect match for Zaino polishes?



Zaino PC Fusion. Just released and I have been using it for over 6 months (final version). Perfect match for Z2-PRO, Z5, Z3 or Z2. Very easy to use, cost effective (8oz will last a long time unless you polish weekly), leaves surface primed for Z protectants and can be applied by hand, PC or rotary with equal effectiveness for the blemish level intended for this product.
