Today I decided to use 1Z Einszett Vinyl-Rubber Care and Protectant on my "new to me" 1996 Honda Civic. The sun absolutely destroyed the trim, it had faded marks, streaks, and even white spots on the black trim.

Here is a close up of the trim and the product used:

50/50 shot: The Product was really easy to apply even though the instructions recommended not to use in direct sun.

The 1Z Einszett Vinyl-Rubber Care and Protectant also helped the cowl as well!

This product was fairly easy to use. In the sun it did dry a little quick, but it was still easy to wipe off any excess product. Now I'll just wait and see how durable it is after some rain and a couple washes.

Wow, that looks great! Looking forward to the durability update.

So is the Range Rover dead, Jesse? I remember you had some engine issues a while back - right?

The Land Rover is still alive, I fixed everything on it I just couldn't afford the 12 mpg and all the parts that were breaking were very expensive and very hard to find. So I got the little red Honda to save on gas and have easy part repairs. :bigups

Does 1Z make any bad products? This looks like another winner. I'd look forward to additional fotos in a month or two following some rain storms, etc.

Thanks, Jesse.

I've never had a 1Z product I didn't like. It's funny to me that when we say "1Z Einszett" we are simply saying 1Z in English then German.

They make Deep Plastik Cleaner which is a great product to use before a protectant.

It's still holding up pretty well. We've had a couple rain storms during the week, and the trim is still black!
