1995 Mustang GT - First "Real" Detail

Player Appreciate!
Nice autumn day here and decided to try my hand on making my bro's Mustang a little of that summer feel. Other than the usual "wash", this is my first detail with "real" products.

Paint is original and over 10 years old, it has swirls... but seeing a harsh Canadian winter will soon be here, swirl removal will wait until the spring (this is a year-round driver).

Here is the regimen...
  • Wash w/Megs Deep Crystal Wash
  • Mother's Gold Clay
  • Quick wash to rid of QD residue
  • 1 * GEPC/SEC - By Hand
  • 2 * S100 - By Hand
  • Eagle One Wet Tire Shine
  • Stoner IG

Here is the results, let me know what you think...

Looks awesome. Ford always does the Mustangs right. The SN95s were one of the few bodystyle redesigns that I liked right away...it didnt even have to "grow on me" and I always loved the fox cars. What does she have done to the ole 302?

Not much actually.... just the usual K&N air filter trick and a Flowmaster "American Thunder" cat-back system. I still have my '87 5.0 Coupe, in really good shape... but I've put it into storage for awhile... sometime next year, I'm pretty much going to strip it and rebuild it. I thought about selling... but I bump into too many guys who say "I used to have one, I should have never sold it".

The paint looks great! S100 looks excellent on everything, but the sharp reflections on black are :drool

Where are your center caps and dressed wheel wells :)?

Thanks. My bro prefers the caps off... and the wheel wells, I left those to him... he better do them tomorrow or else. :boxing:
