Well a friend of mine who has the same car/color as me wants to get his done. Normally you would know what to do since its the same as your car, but mine never ever got this bad.

Swirling is a mildly put word on this car. Plus he would pay admission if he had to to ride through the swirlomatic every week.

I only have my PC, with an assortment of 4" pads, 6" just wont cut it on this one. What is the strongest/safest thing to use on mid 90's toyota paint?

I was thinking Meguiars DACP. Any other suggestions ?

Thank You,

Ryan

I guess I will try DACP. ive always used SSR 2 and down on mine.

Would a yellow pad and some 2.5 suffice or am I in need of something better ?

Don't know much about that paint, but I've had some fantastic results with DACP on a CMA white - I don't know that I actually used a yellow pad with it.

But then again, my swirling was fairly mild in comparison to some of the things I've seen on here, so I'm sure someone else could better advise you.

Paint hardness differs wildly, even with the same color on the same type of car. Start mild and go more aggressive as needed. That's what I'd do. I never assume a certain level of hardness or level of aggressiveness to remove swirls.
