1992 Nissan Pathfinder (HORRIBLE) !!!!

Hey guys, this Nissan was horrible. To me it still looks bad but thats because of all the chips, few dents, and scratches that were too bad to remove. This originally started out with the customer wanting a light polish but when I got to the vehicle it needed alot more. The SUV wasn't even black anymore, it was a dark gray upon arrival. Although it's still not perfect it came A LONG way and looks soo much better and the customer loves it. I didn't take too many pictures because I needed to get done with this.

Wash

Clay

Megs #83 via orange pad @ 1600-1900 rpm

Megs # 9 via white pad @ 1200-1400 rpm

OPS via white pad @ 1000 rpm

Megs #26 by hand

This is what I started with

Alot of little marks left that only would be removed with wet sanding. Customer didn't want to pay for it.

The exterior has alot of things that need fixing, but overall I like the way it came out. No full shots seeing when I finished it was dark. I might see the SUV tomorrow so maybe then.

Thanks

that truck was TRASHED!!!!!!!!! AWESOME TURNAROUND!!!!!!!!!!! MORE PICS!!!!!!!!!

:2thumbs:

WOW! ha..ha..! Why would you even bother taking your veh to get detailed when you Obviously could care less about it. how do you you let it get that bad! Great turn around! How long did it take you? I have a buddy I play poker with who hasn't washed his truck in 5 yrs and it's black. He joked about polishing it for him but it would take forever, and for what? it would look like crap again in 3 months. Anyway Great Work!

That is just pitiful. I think I take more pride in my beater car. You done a heck of a job of cstraightening the thing out as best as could be done.

Excellent turnaround! I hope you can get some full car shots. Maybe the guy just needs to learn proper washing techniques. Years ago I had one of those, and took it through the local swirl wash once a week--I didn't know better.
