This client ask if there was anything that could be done with his new to him car. I told him we would do our best. This has to be the softest paint I’ve ever worked on! After trying multiple combos, we settled on Griot’s perfecting cream on a finishing pad using the Griot’s 6 inch machine with 5 inch pads. I would have liked to do more but the most paint was measured at 3.5 mils. Finished with Griot’s Poly wax. Thanks for looking!

Wow that sounds like a really soft paint! Is it single stage paint or a repainted with base and clearcoat?

The finish is great when you consider what you had to be working on. Some paints can be so soft that if you don`t have really good soft mf towels you can induse marring with them. What that something you experienced?

Great work!

It was base clear, some areas were touched up but with the minimal amount of paint I wouldn’t think it was repainted.Used the softest towels i have
Thanks!
