This is a very sweet '56 Chevy that belongs to a good friend of mine. It turned out pretty nice for only having about 4hrs to work on it… and let me tell you there is a lot of surface here! :wow:
I started out with a thorough two bucket wash and claying. I didn't have the time to really get down and dirty with it so I opted for the black CCS 5.5” pad on the PC7424 (speed 4-5) with Poorboys Professional Polish to start things off. I also added Professional Polish 2 to the mix in a few areas to get some of the marring that I couldn't quite get with just Pro Polish. Wow.. That really made a nice turnaround. I didn't expect anything less from the Pro Polish line though. I then pulled out another black CCS pad and hit it with Black Hole Glaze at about speed 3. I also touched up the wheels real quick with PP2 and a foam ball. I topped it all off with a coat of Natty's Red Paste Wax and this thing really lit on FIRE!!!
Before anything
After wash and clay
Testing an area with the Professional Polish
After Professional Polish

And this is what I ended up with, came out nice for a quick detail....
