just finished my friend mickeys car . it had some fine very fine scratches but mostly it was a regular polish job .i used P&S ULTRUCOAT POLISH on the trunk, hood and side panels that cover the engine. then i used P&S dark supreme on the whole car . i used a yellow edge pad with the polish for a little cutting power then used blue edge pad for the wax . i also sprayed each panel with quick detailer then removed the wax to get an even finish . it was looking uneven without the quick detailer . i used the makita rotary on speed 1 to lay down the product then went to speed 2 to polish it out . low speed is the key to sucess on these type cars for several reasons first is these are show cars and they are pretty much perfect and you can ruin a paint job in a real hurry if you get crazy with the buffer second is they are so perfect that all that is need is a nice polish job to keep it looking great . all edges were taped to ensure no burnt edges. this guy is best friends with the owner of the 34 ford i did last week and its a pleasure to keep thier hot rods looking great ..

thanks ... i dont know if the wheels have ever had any polish on them . it is driven quite a bit but it stays in the garage so i cant say . i did put some p&s wipe n shine gel dressing on the tires. these guys like there cars to look a certain way so i offer a few options then i do what they ask .

Those are American Racing "Hopster" wheels. I use Mothers Power Metal "Aluminum" polish with the Mothers Power Ball. Awesome system for any metal polish effort.

I"ve wanted a 32 Highboy for 44 years, since my Junior year in HS. Very blessed to be in a place where I can now have it and drive it alot.
