15 years old, never washed, never waxed. I swear

This is only my 6th detail, and my first post in here 'bragging'

I think the front bumper was a lost cause (we bought the car like that). So I didn't even try to detail it. So, PLEASE IGNORE THE FRONT BUMPER!! You shall see why shortly.

Started with Optimum Hyper Compound, but it was removing WAY to much paint.so in the end it was:

Meguiars Gold Class Wash

Meguirars Clay (x2, the car REALLY needed it, see pics)

Meguiars Gold Class Wash

Optimum Compound, Wolfgang Orange Pad

Optimum Polish, Wolfgang White Pad

Klasse AIO, Wolfgang Gray Pad

and Pinnacle Wax, Wolfgang Blue Pad

Meguiars Tire Shine

Stoner's Invisible Glass (Inside and Out). Applied with newspaper.

(no time for wheel cleaners, other then a rag)

Also, sorry for the horrid pics. It was after work when we started (7:30) so it was already getting dark. Hopefully this weekend I can get some WAY better pictures for everyone.

More pix to come!! <crosses fingers>

Not bad for a $2,600 car ( Bought the car for $900, and another $1,700 to get her running correctly, blown head gasket.)

C&C??

you should fix the sticker, the engine code is technically 3S-GTE

world of difference between the before and after, great work!

Thanks for the feedback. I am going to replace the sticker soon. It just came that way. Been to concerned finding odd ball parts for it. <shakes fist at car>

you're 15 and you've never washed.... I guess you mean cars? Looks nice, but the front bumper has been sand blasted. New paint job I guess.

Read thread title... car is 15 years old, unless I am confused...

I have found that alot of older cars w/ composite front bumpers 'lose' paint easily.

Ex: most 4th gen f-bodies (or most GM vehicles), Jeep Cherokees
