This car is the recurring black C6 Z06 in my gallery. I performed the first detail and have been taking care of the car down to just about every wash for all 1900 or so miles of its life. The owner is extremely meticulous and loves to see the car as perfect as possible. He brought the car to me about 10 days ago after my day job. It was dark and cold so I worked in the garage with a lot of lights. This car was literally-detailed, driven 30 mins to a garage, covered, and will be stored for about 6 months until the trees are green again. He wanted the car pristine before he put it away.

Currently the car wears 1 layer of Z5 Pro + CS which looks amazing. For this mini-detail, I went with my sure thing. The car has some light marring throughout that will be polished out in the spring. My finals were:

-Z7 Wash

-Z18 clay with Z6 as lube

-Z5 Pro x 1

-Z8 x 1

-Z16 on tires/wells

Looks pretty minty! How cold were the temps when you were working?

About 42* outside and 60* in the garage thanks to my energy burning halogens. I had about 3000 watts of halogen running; probably the same amount of carbon output as an H2 at the dragstrip ;)

Ah, 60* would be pretty comfortable for me right now :bigups

I did a wash/clay/AIO/476 coat on a friends car a couple weeks ago at about 40* F, that sucked. It would be nice to have a heated garage.

60 degrees! BRRRRRR... 73 in Alabama today, ONR'd and Klasse SG for me this afternoon. Enough of being a smart ***, nice work!!

Yeah please stop. You are making some of us here jealous. :LOLOL

Lol...22 degrees here now and snowed all day, about 6-8 inches--I kept busy shoveling my driveway a few times though....:woohoo:

It was 36 degrees F when I dragged the hose out to wash my Mustang... the washing part wasn't bad, the drying part... brrrrrrrr!
