05996 & 05937 glazes

3M FOAM POLISHING PAD GLAZE 05996 & 05937 MACHINE GLAZE.

I have used 3m 05937 MG with great results, but would like to know what the major difference is between them. Which is more aggressive?

Are they the same size? If not the foam polishing glaze might just be a smaller size with a slightly different name

They both are in 32 oz bottles

Different products then, I do recall reading somewhere something with a slightly different name is really just the PI III MG in a 16 oz.

05996 is 3M Swirl Mark Remover in a 32 oz bottle. It is less abrasive than 3m Perfect It III Machine Glaze (05937). 05996 also contains fillers, 05937 does not.



3M SMR- it's full and proper name is: Foam Polishing Pad Glaze Swirl Mark Remover.

Dunno about the name, but the number for the smaller bottle is 39012.

Thanks for the info. I that helps me a lot. I do not like using products that contain fillers.
