Detailed this 05 WRX again for him today. I've detailed his car for him about 2-3 times before.
Here's the process that I did today:
Wash
Polish with DACP via PC7424 and a Meguiar's Red Cutting Pad
Meguiar's #7 Show Car Glaze via medium yellow pad
Removed with a MF Bonnet and QD
NXT via grey finishing pad
Removed with a MF Bonnet and QD
Meguiar's Ultimate QD misted and wiped with MF Bonnet on the PC
Hi-Temp wheel cleaner
NXT Metal Polish on wheels
Meguair's All Purpose Cleaner 10:1 on exhaust
Stoners Glass Cleaner
Meguiar's Hyper Dressing 3:1 on wheels and exterior plastic (cowl, window and mirror surrounds)
The car was detailed by me last summer/fall, so the swirling was minor.

Wax residue from owner on rear emblem before
Most of it removed with q-tips, toothbrushes and some small touch up paint applicators that I had (think a plastic toothpic with a small piece of fiber on the end) and lots of QD.
