PAR Detailing

This client was a referral from another client of mine. The client wanted the exterior brought back to life and made as perfect as possible.

The paint wasn’t in horrible condition but it needed a little TLC to make the paint sparkle.

A little tip I picked up from others more experienced from me. Prop the trunk open so you can work on it easier.

The one 50/50 I have. This is only after the compounding, the haze clears up after the second step.

When the license plate is flush with the paint it can scratch. I noticed that there was an outline around the license plate of scratches so I wanted to take a measure to fix this problem for the future. I took foam dots that have adhesive on one side and stuck them on the back before I placed the plate back on.

Looks good Jon! I might steal that rubber dot idea for my own license plate. Nice stance on that snake too!

Very nice. I like the idea of covering the windshield while polishing. I wish i did that with the last car I worked on...

Thank you, ya covering up the windshield and the wiper cowl makes cleaning up alot easier.

Seeing a lot of Terminators lately, but I'm loving it! Nothing like polished out cars, and now there's recently been a blue, black, and now red one posted. SVT lovers must be drooling!

Great work!

Nice save! The small brush for the crevices is it part of a make up set? Nifty tool.

Thank you, it came in a set of 4 I think. It is a set of different types of brushes but they are softer than anything I have ever used.
