This is my friend's wife's TT. He's had it for for years. I picked it up for detailing and it is friggin fun to drive!!!!!! Two pipe = fast. 250 hp with a bunch of torque, turbo 4cylinder + an aluminum hood. I am glad I don't own it b/c I wouldn't have a license anymore. Who am i kidding....I wish i owned it! And she drives it hard too. I thought he had gotten anthracite wheels for it, then I realized it was all brakdust..YIKES! One thing to note when detailing this car, although it's small, it's got A LOT of body to it. Took me longer than I thought it would. On to the detail.

The shot of the hood looks like it has a halogram in it and it might. Ididn't see any when I was looking at it through my naked eye. But I can say that the aluminum hood was damn hard to perfect. :nixweiss My interior shot didin't come out right. Thanks for looking! :2thumbs:

Looks great! Why such a high RPM with the OHC? 2600 seems high, was the paint a bit** to repair?

HOLY CRAP! I'm all thumbs today. I meant 1600. But yes, it was still a devil to fix. I'm gonna edit that if no one minds. :o

Looks great!!! Yeah, Audis give off one heck of a lot of brake dust due to their soft pads, although it tends to clean off relatively easily as long as the wheels are waxed.

Audi paint is a swine though isn't it? Hard as nails when you want to polish any swirls/marring out but tends to mark relatively easily! Go figure :nixweiss
