02 Accent

This is a daily drive 2002 Accent with 160k on it. It looked really good from a distance. Once you get up close you can see it was swirled like no other. In the last 3 years it has never been properly washed. Driven through car washes and the "wax" of choice was Meguiars Quick Detailer wiped off with a cotton towel. Well onto the pics. One day I promise guys I will learn to take pictures.

Washed with ONR
Clayed with Clay Magic Blue and ONR
Tires, wheels and wheel wells cleaned with Zep Citrus and ONR
Tires dressed with FK 350
Wheel wells Armor All spray
Window cleaned with FK 228 window cleaner
PC 4" Orange LC Flat pad speed 6 M105
PC 4" White LC Flat pad speed 5 3 passes speed 3 2 passes M205
PC 4" Black LC Flat pad speed 4 Prima Amigo
Meg D151 on the plastic around mirror, wiper cowl, trim around windows and B pillar
The cowl was real bad had bad water spots and very faded, used the 151 to clean it up then applied FK 350
Optimum Opti Seal
Optimum Car Wax
Lots of Vroom Drying towels
Lots of Superfly and Shag Rag Microfiber towels from the Rag Shack

Headlights polished with
PC 3.5" PFW pad and 105
4" LC Oranage pad 105
4" LC white pad 205

Lol shhh don't tell, the secret is to not respray where the paint is already missing lol. She helps so I get done faster and watch the lil one sooner lol
 
very nice job i should be getting my 4 inch pads, riccardo clay and M105 tomorrow or saturday !!! im so pumped !

definately going to go look at the wreckers for an old hood or something to practice on more ..

Very nice work, Sal. You have now dealt with Hyundai's infamous hair-thin paint and self-hazing headlights. No sunlight needed!:rofl And you have a very good-looking fiancee. You should count yourself a lucky guy.

Lol I was waiting for ppl to notice. The car is my stepdads he is an Undertaker and Funeral Director he has been doing this since he was 17 now is 50. When I was a kid we always had an SUV and he would often bring his work home lol

Yes she will I can not wait, we are just waiting for God to provide a stable career once again and show us where we are to live. I send out an avg of 10 resumes a day from Delware down to FL and over to LA and TX

I was a little leary to use 105 on the paint but in my test panel I was not gettin the results I wanted with other products. 105 worked great and fast.
I am very lucky, we been together since dec 04, have 2 kids, her 12 yr old son from previous marriage and our almost 3 yr old son. This yr has been the yr we have grown so close together, one positive bout loosing my job.
