I decided to do a semi detail on my engine for the first time. I've been collecting the necessary tools over the past few months and today I had the time.
Before
Meg's NXT foam from Big Lots.
.99 cent brush from the .99 cent store. I like this brush because it's soft and wipes off a lot of the grease that a scrub brush isn't able to. Also, since it's spongy it fits in tight places.
.99 cent scrub brush from the .99 cent store for all the tough/thick grease.
After. A little blury but you get the idea.
Since I'm still a newb I've been experiementing with several different nubas. I always keep going back to S100. It's easy to use, fast, I can buy it locally since there's a Harley shop up the street and most importantly, it looks good.
2 weeks since I applied it to my truck.
