Thanks to all of your help and reading hundreds of threads, here are the results of my truck. Also, a special thanks to Accumalator(sp?).

Kiwi Black Shoe Dye

Awesome Degreaser (actual name from the .99 cent store) This stuff will clean anything and it's very good. I also used it on my engine. If you live in So Cal, I'd suggest you buy some at your local 99 cent store.

Yes, I used it to dye the plastic back to black. It needs about 4 coats but it's cheaper than anything else. My buddy used it on his Honda Element to dye his gray panels black. It won't wash off unless you use a degreaser. It costs about $3 at Walmart.
