Feeling a bit tired so I'll skip writing the process this time. It was in decent condition but had a lot of bad parts..

Guys, let's give him a break! He was probably exhausted after restoring the Exploder. How did you manage to finally get the wheels clean?

Diluted degreaser + A LOT of scrubbing. It left some very light scratches in some places but a quick polishing made it all nice again.
