    NOOB: Help me remove these spots on my hood

    HI Im a noob when it comes to cleaning my car. But lately I have started to clean it more often. So I was cleaning my hood and I noticed these spots... I have rubbed claybar on it and it did not do anything...not sure what else I could use to remove it.... I know these pictures suck but...
