    Aquapel in Victoria, BC

I want some Aquapel to get my car ready for the rainy season but can't find any locally. I can get it on eBay, but it's expensive to buy only a couple of applicators due to the shipping cost. If others are interested, I could get 6 or more applicators and we could split the costs. It...

    Whatever happened to TW85?

There used to be a guy named TW85 in here. Whatever happened to him? I heard a rumour in the chat room that he overdosed from using too much leather conditioner.

    3M Foam Polishing Pads

I see the 3M foam polishing pads on sale locally for $1.49. These are the black waffle pads, 5 1/4" in diameter. Does anyone have experience with these? Are they good for use with a PC?

    My '93 240SX again

I polished my car again, and now feel the need to post more pictures of it. Last spring, I used Meguiar's #83 DACP and #80 Speed Glaze to remove 12 years of swirl marks. I was very pleased with the results, but thought there might be a bit more shine to be had. After much reading, I...

Trouble with Perfect-It Swirl Mark Remover

I tried out my new PC today, but it did not go as well as I had hoped. I intended to use Megs 83 DACP and 80 Speed Glaze, but could not find the Speed Glaze anywhere. Instead, I ended up with 3M Perfect-It Swirl Mark Remover for Dark Cars, which the clerk said was easier to use. My car is...

    Removing ice cream from upholstery

I've got a chocolate ice cream stain on my passenger seat, which is cloth covered. I cleaned it with an uhpolstery cleaner, but the stain has come back. Evidently I didn't get all of it out. I'm thinking of removing the fabric so that I can hand wash it and maybe clean up the foam rubber...
