    Best ceramic coating bar none?

Opticoat Pro has measurable abrasion resistance but not quite the candy coat look you asked about. Also great longevity. Diamond ProTech Body 36 Coating claims some abrasion resistance and definitely has that candy coat look. It has slight filling ability and very reflective.

    Menzerna Cut Force Pro

I think it was a Liberty, but I don't know how many kms (miles 😉) they've done. And yes, it's the pearl white metallic. Came up beautifully. I'll see if I can post up a couple of pics.

    Menzerna Cut Force Pro

Yes, the website is a little confusing. It does say optimised for wool and foam pads. Whereas the bottle label only recommends a foam heavy cutting pad. And it does suggest multiple steps, whereas the bottle label only mentions a single step. So, how did it perform? I was working on a 10...

    Asking for some feedback

Non clear coated white is definitely harder than other colours due to titanium dioxide pigment. Some brands are even harder, such as Toyota 4WDs. Just did one for a client before ceramic coating. Like polishing granite.

    Asking for some feedback

I use Menzerna 3in1. It has a very good light to medium correction depending on pad. Up to 3000 grit. Start off with a light pad and work up from that.

    Which AIO?

Meguiars So1o or TurtleWax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Polish and Wax. I've used both side by side. Both very good correction. Similar cut but TW easier to work with and much longer work time. Perhaps slightly more cut. Can't compare durability of the protection but Megs sealant has a...

Looking for an aggressive replacement for my 3M Compound

To add to the "under-rated but unloved superior product" list, after TW One and Done compound, my second go-to heavy compound is Mothers Heavy Duty Compound. It has an amazing cut, speed, open time, and high gloss finish on hard c/c. Works great with soft wool pads.

    "Solvent"-based Tire Dressings

OK, I discovered a work-around. Copy-paste link and remove the 's' from "forums" to "forum". Bingo, works. :)

    Finishing polishes

Can I ask for clarification of the differences between the finishing polishes. Professional Finishing Polish 08712 vs Professional Ultra Finishing Polish 83532 vs Professional Foam Pad Polish 83432. I know the last two digits is the size. So I guess it`s 087 vs 834 vs 835?

Cali Gold Cleaner Wax vs Marine Cleaner Wax

I recently used the Marine Cleaner Wax to polish out a car with very oxidised solid white paint (not gel coat). I used a wool pad on a forced rotation polisher. It worked really well, good dwell time, removed all oxidation and left a brilliant shine. I was very impressed. I tried it side by...

    CMX 3 in 1 Polish & Coat

I have three questions about Polish & Coat. 1. How much cut does it have? I know it has filling properties but how much does it actually correct? 2. Which pad works the best? 3. How much time do you have to allow between P&C and CMX spray coating? Thanks.
