What is the Easiest Way to Remove that Annoying Wax around the Part Numbers on the Tail Lights? Detail Spray and Brush? What Kind and Where Do I get them? Thanks

I have no problem using the tool. My question is; After you apply a product (compound, polish, or wax), can you use the tool to remove the material or buff the car? ...or do you buff it out by hand? Please advise, and thanks!

Many Rainy days I have time to detail my car. But the humidity causes problems with how the wax sets up. I do not have a climate controlled garage and probably never will. Is there a trick to working around this type of weather? Currently my wax of choice is Meguier's # 16 Thanks
