What is the most effective way to apply the SSR line by hand?I mean PVA,terrycloth,foam etc.

Well atleast I think it is sap.It is very small spots about the size of a pin head.You can remove some with your fingernail but a brown spot is left behind.I will try and get some pics but I am really bad at that.Forgot to add that claying will only remove the top of the sap.
