Ive got a PC, yellow cutting pad, and some ssr3. How should I be using the pc to remove scratches with this setup? Should I just hold the PC hard enough to keep it there? Move very slowly for a couple minutes? Should I keep going over it for 5 minutes or so? Ive been seeing...

Well I got my PC and I dont think im gonna be happy with it. It just takes way too long to remove scratches or anything really. Im thinking I might try and get my hands on a rotary so I can actually do some paint correction in a reasonable amount fo time. Whats a good/cheap rotary?

Ive read that the pc7424 orbital buffer CANT remove clearcoat/paint and can not fix scratches How can this be true? If I use a cutting pad and a strong enough compound/polish it has to be removing some clear and removing the scratches right? I dont understand why I keep reading that...
