I've got a few layers of 476s on my car and one layer of mixed s100/476s. Would putting a coat of opti seal over that reduce the longevity of the waxes, or anything? I just like the look of opti-seal better, I think. Any thoughts?

Well I just put some collinite 476 on for the first time. did hood, left it on there for probably too long, ~30 mintues. It appeared to come off easily, but when I hit it with the halogens i kept seeing little hazes appear and it took quite a lot of pressure and rubbing to get them to go away...

I just got some collinite 476s... The stuff seems like cold butter in consistency, I dont even know where to begin to apply this stuff! I am used to nice liquids. What is the best way to get the stuff onto the foam pad, and then from the pad to the paint? Is it really a complete waste to do...

Well I'm going to be getting some 476 soon, and was wondering if it would take well to being topped with OS for some extra wetness, etc? I have used OS over #26, and poli-seal, no problem at all. Any input would be cool, I have no experience with 476 (collinite), yet.

Can I mix some Optimum Polish with Poli seal on a white pad for a little cutting action and still have it finish as a semi ok last step? I am in quite a pinch for time and dont want to just leave the paint looking as bad as it is, but I do not have time to properly polish or compound, and then...

I'm looking for a LSP, and I have used #26 and like it, but my bottle is about empty. I can get a gallon of it for about $45. Are other waxes really that much better than it (s100, p21, whatever else) ? I just want something that goes on and off easy and lasts a good while. :hm:

I have a bottle of meguires fine cut, and a bottle of medium cut cleaner. I have no idea really how abrassive this stuff is. Do yall? How would it compare to my Optimum HC or OP ? with a PC that is... :hm
