did a massive clean up on a 1999 Mercedes Benz E300 yesterday and had one thing that really became a issue... absolutely could not remove the crud from the little round power/volume button on the stereo.:hairpull:wall I tried my woolite(10:1 & 8:2),megs IQD,and even Mr. clean & water(50/50)...

whats the best way to clean the black insulation pad on the inner hood on most vehicles?,especially G.M. vehicles. thanks, James
