I have really big tires. 37". I have built up tire dressings and who knows what else. I've tried a few things to clean them, soap, Dawn detergent, windex etc..... They are not coming clean and they're streaky. What can I use to clean my tires that will just leave them clean and not dried out?

My boyfriend has a show truck that has Ostrich and Leather interior. We have not figured out how to treat or clean the Ostrich. Some things we've tried just darken the Ostrich and we can't afford to do that. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Christine
