I recently learned that subaru mixes the white paint with the clear coat, instead of applying a clear over the white paint. I think they only use this method on the aspen white and the red. Has anyone heard of this before? and should I be using unique polishing techniques for this?

Right now I have a meguiars deep pile chenille wash mit....and it's not that deep. It's the only thing I have tried since becoming an autopian. I feel like there should be way more chenille threads on the mit. What do you guys use? How does chenille compare to natural sea sponges?
