i have a 98 green isuzu rodeo paint for the most part is good but peeling at some spots how do i prevent it from getting worst???? and how do i prevent the rest of the paint from peeling?? any advise and insight would be great thanks in advance!

just for kicks..after washing my 98 rodeo i tried both Nufinish and Mothers Top coat at the same time both looked good after applying but i noticed that the Mothers Top coat felt thicker when touched by hand after applying that seemed like a good thing does this sound right?? make sense...
