whats the trick to not attract dust to my truck? i can do the whole 9 yards on it and the next day its covered in dust.. is there some way to prevent this?

i posted pics about a year ago of my truck.. this is what it looked like.. then the fun began.. now as it sits today... in the previous pics it was a 2/4 drop with 275/45/20 tires and no bedcover... now its sittin at a 4/7 drop.. nitto 255/35/20 tires.. and a snuglid...

well i curbed one of my rims.. and it has a small amount of rust on it.. (chrome) how can i go about getting the rust off and preventing it from coming back?
