i just took off my front licence plate and where the cover was someone must have gave me a brief little bump and it made contact w/the bumper...so now theres a little circle that shows right to the plastic and has minor cracks around it...is there anything i can use to prevent further cracking...

ok long time browser first time poster :) ok so here it goes....i have these little paint chips that have rusted ..i mean these are tiny ...i have one on the side of the roof and 3 or 4 behind the passenger side rear door outside the wheelwell....what should i do to fix these just touch them...
