    Anyone heard of the "Safety Groove". Prevent window scratches

    There are some detail-shops here in sweden that do the "safety-groove". I wonder if that is common in the USA? The safety groove is a 0,3 mm deep cut in the front window on each side and is supposed to remove dust etc and sharpen the rubber. It makes the window and the rubber last longer...
