I am a new rotary user. Occasionally the rotary will hop badly. It sure looks like the pad is flat on the surface. It almost seems as if it gets to dry. Is this possible? If so do you start with a damp pad to keep the moisture in the pad? Thanks PS: I love my rotary, much better than...
