What exactly is this stuff and is it safe to use? I found it removes bugs and tar stains really easily. I was washing my wife's car this weekend and she seems to hit every bug and bit of tar on the road. It was really bad on the bottom edges of both doors, real sticky impossible to remove...

After detailing my car the other weekend there are some black spots like old bugs or other contaminents on the front bumper. Mothers clay did not remove them, neither did AIO. Any ideas on a better approach/product to remove these things? Thanks! :)
