    An expensive but good tool to have when polishing cars is a glossmeter. They are by no means cheap, but you can use it to find out which products produce the best light refraction. A good one is anywhere from 2-3 grand. Its an expensive item, but well worth the results. Eric

    plastic scratching

    Theres a kit at www.properboatcare.com that works excellent on motorcycle windshields, plastic taillights and composite headlights. Its called scratch-off. I bought one to use on a friends harley and it pulled out deep scratches without distorting the plastic.

    Lake Country's D.A. Pads

    We have reengineered our D.A. Pad lineup to prevent any "cookie cutting" problems that might occur during usage. Our loop now goes out farther to the edge of the pad so the backing plate cannot "cut " into the foam if polisher is tilted in any way. Thanks, Eric
