Is 3M SMR suitable to be used as a routine polish? Is it too strong? My 'routine' refers to 'polishing every 6 - 12 months', not every waxing though. P.S. Glad this board is back. It's a true narcotics!:D

Does anybody know it? A German product consists of fluoropolymer or something like that. Used to wax (and polish?). I tried it and the result was quite good. Never read anything about it on the web. So want to know who has more info regarding it? Thanks. :nixweiss

I got a bottle of it (white liquid in a black bottle with a red Porsche on the label). Bought some years ago, still Teflon on the label. I, however, am not sure whether it's a polish or cleaner or wax or one-step or whatever. And is it a good product to use then? Sounds silly, especially...
