I tried two different 5 gallon buckets I had in my garage and the grit guard only makes is 3/4 of the way down. So I have a gallon or more of water under the grit guard. Should my Grit Guard sit at the very bottom of my bucket?

Can I put UPGP over Opti-seal and vice versa? What about Opti-seal or UPGP over a carnuba wax? Thanks!
