I usually apply once every month. My choice of interior protectant is usually Meguiars Natural Shine but now I use Meguiars Supreme Shine Protectant since it gives a great shine but no greasy feel at all. How about you?

Just as the title asks, do you prefer a liquid or paste wax? I used to be a paste man but then I got better at using the liquid in thin coats so now I am getting better with the paste. In the end I prefer liquid though. Please share with everyone which you use and why.
