    USAA's car price finder

    Has anybody seen / used this service before? Apparently it's a lot like Edmunds where you tell them what car you want to buy and they "pre-negotiate" a price for you. Of course you have to take that to the dealership and continue to negotiate, so I don't quite understand its usefulness...
