I applied my Z10, however, on my new leather, it made it feel a little more smooth, and drier to the touch. It left a beautiful satin sheen, but when I sit in the seat, it makes noises when I shift positions now, like it lt moisture or something?
How is it? Correct me if I am wrong, but AJT is a spray sealant right? How is the beading and protection as well as looks?
How abrasive is Prime Strong?
My brother wants me to do his car and hes willing to pay for a PC...but I can't seem to find any at either Lowes or Home Depot in the Nassau County or Suffolk County area..any ideas?
I used it on my moms escalade today and there is alot of embedded dirt/soot in the leather. I used an MF and sprayed some of the Z9 on the dirty spots. I rubbed pretty hard but I didn't seem to get anywhere fast, suggestions?
Mainly, I am looking for a very deep shine with great gloss. Basically the best looking optically. I have bought 845 but have yet to use it, (still need a polish to prep the paint). Now I know 845 is very good, but I understand its considered a durability wax after some searching. What other...
Without any spare cars to practice on, I am left with no choice but to apply everything by hand. How did you guys start out? Or after one pass were you like, "Wow this is pretty easy!" I just can't risk practicing on one of our cars...too risky.
Many people use Z5 for darker colors but it's a rare sight to see Z5 on lighter colors. The problem is I have swirls (very light swirls), so the Z2 wouldn't do anything for them. Should I use both Z2 and Z5 or stick to Z2? My process would go
Wash
Clay
Klasse AIO (I want to try and avoid...
I have very light swirls. If anyone has a better suggestion for very light swirl removal or covering please let me know! I would be applying all polishes by hand.
I have silver paint. I was thinking of -
GC Wash
Sonus Ultra-Fine Clay
Klasse AIO (applied by hand?)
Collinite 845 applied by hand
Z9/Z10 on black leather
Collinite 845 applied to wheels
I want to keep it simple since I dont have a PC. If you think something will work better please...
Ok, I've posted this topic before but got a lot of mixed responses (everywhere from APC to AIO). Lately I have been seeing people using Plexus for this application. Although I'm no stranger to ordering online, if possible I would like some OTC suggestions. Any ideas?
I have been looking for my drying WW's for days. I knew my dad misplaced them, but he tells me that he didn't touch them. Now today, my dad finally find them in the refrigerator, half frozen. Will this damage them in any way, shape, or form?
When is the BEST time to apply polish? After claying and before wax? Can polish be applied after you waxed the car?
Can an a polish like Z2 be applied by hand with their applicators?
Can an abrasive polish like Z5 be applied by hand with their applicators?
Thanks.
At which point do you dump/refill the wash and rinse buckets during a GC wash? During an ONR wash? I assume for a GC wash the wheels go first and for an ONR they go last.
Could I use an ONR QD mixture on my wheels so I do not have to dump out my soap for the paint? So in theory, I would just spray my wheels, let ONR do the work, and brush, then rinse?. Do people do this instead of having to remix more soap after the wheels are finished?
