I have an issue with the 7.5" Lake Country pads causing some pretty good vibration on my PC, it has the 6" counterweight, it's tolerable on speeds less than 4.5, anything higher is not comfortable at all to hold the machine. Any ideas besides going back to 6" pads and there's no 7"...

All of my own MF are an 80/20 blend made in Korea. But today I got a free 75/25 blend MF made in China, it is alot softer than the Korean ones and on both sides it's fluffy, not just one side like the my others. So is the 75/25 better? Confused now...Thanks!

I have a few questions about my new PC, the instructions did not cover it. 1. The 5" counterweight has a groove under it to align with the rubber piece and the 6" does not, I assume it is normal? 2. It came with a washer about 1/8" thick, is it to be used between the pad and PC itself...

I just realized after spending the weekend washing, polishing and waxing, that I treat my MF's and WW with more care than I do with my own clothes in the washer! I have my priorities mixed up!

Spent three hours and yes I am slow! The GEPC and Wax was easy to remove and the shine... The garage door was closed so the only lights was from one of the 300 watt bulbs above. Brilliant Black has its challenges to keep clean, but damn the benefits are amazing! I pat myself on the back :D

I tested it out dry on a CD, I noticed the lambswool scratched the CD with moderate pressure and for the Chenille it took heavy rubbing to get it to scratch, anyone with similiar results? BTW it's the Baja Sol brand from Target.

I was experimenting with my P21S wax on my Audi, after putting 2 coats I noticed a better shine than 1 coat, but would it just be all in my head? Is there a real advantage to putting down 3 or more like some do? I think a sealant/syn like Klasse and Zaino has it's benefits, but for carnuba?

Any real benefits to anyone of them? I currently use the chenille from P21S kit to apply wax and foam pad for polish.

Don't get me wrong, I "use" to be a huge Zymol user (Carbon, Creme, Japon, HD Cleanse and etc.) But they are morphing themselves ever closer to Zurtle Wax again, they both have the colored waxes that I just noticed. I have lost so much respect for Zymol :doh, this why I have switched everything...

I maybe getting paranoid, but if you get a clean burn (i.e.- no black smoke) it means the threading is 100% cotton? And if there is black smoke and it somewhat melts like plastic, then it's bad right? Thanks.
