I'm considering Glanz wax because I read it was a nice topper on gold. It sounds like the high solvent content wouldn't make it a good choice to top a sealant ... is that correct? Also, what do you use for prep before Glanz wax? My truck is an 06 in excellent condition and I already own...

What are the instructions? If it is just to apply to a clean surface I believe I'm going with FPII.

I want a product I can use by hand, e.g. VM, but that is more friendly to sealants. I'm not interested in paint corrections, just an easy to use paint cleaner/prep for sealants. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Can you go straight from FPII to KSG, #21, AJ, etc...?

A friend had spillage from a gas can in her new CRV. Would a pro with a hot water extractor be able to remove the smell? Can a do-it-yourselfer remove the smell with woolite/water applications, baking soda, and airing it out? Does Frebreeze Auto remove hydrocarbon smells? Any ideas...

I've tried just about every nuba out there with the latest being CMW and I still think #26 gives the "wettest" look. I've use it as a topper over VM + EX-P and RMG and it's still my prefered "look". Durabilty isn't too bad either ... although that's not be a problem since I'm a frequent...

I recently used FPII, RMG, and CMW on my truck. Yesterday while washing it I noticed some white marks on my black trim. Anyone else experience this?

Used FPII then RMG before getting caught in an afternoon shower (daily event here in New Orleans). Came back after the rain and towel truck down and finished with CMW. Did the rain likely wash away glaze oils from RMG?

e.g. sealants on darks & red and carnubas on gold, silver, & white? Or, vice versa?

VM pops to mind ... and of course the spray waxes, e.g. AW and OCW. Probably EX or EX-P are the easiest sealants I've used. Gonna have to give some thought to the easiest polish to buff off.

I have an Arizona Beige truck (=Gold) and looking to try new combos. Particularly interested in products that are easy use (because I'm getting lazy). BTW, my truck is less than a year old so I won't need anything too agressive.
