Hey gang, I've got a client that has an older (89) Caddy Limo with a black vinyl top that the orginal owner told him to use SHOE POLISH to clean and protect it. What is your take on this advice? I would lean more towards 303 or FK 108 since they have UV protection. Cheers, GREG

Has anyone else seen what happens when you IPA after a 105/205 polishing? I've spent the last few days noticing that 105 and 205 look outstanding, until you wipe them down with 91% IPA, then slight marring shows up. I took some photos I'll upload soon. My technique was the KBM, using...

I have never removed pin striping off a car, the striping is on top of the paint, and is painted on verses a decal. What is the easiest and least harmful to the paint to remove these? Someone said to try oven cleaner..........that sounds highly harsh for the paint? Cheers, GREG

Yeah I know, its not very possible. Suppose the customer only wanted a single polishing to improve the shine, what would you use? A black foam with 205 and the KBM? IP and black foam? 203 and black foam? Anyhow you get the idea. Cheers, GREG

Okay, I'm still having issues with polishing and cleaning clear bras. I honestly hate them...........there I said it. What is the best method for polishing them? I've tired 106fa/ff, IP, 205, etc but all I get is hazy bras. The only thing that cleared them up, but still worried about...

Whom here has lots of experience detailing Rv's? What is a starting rate for: wash/wax wash/polish/wax do you charge by the square foot, or Linear foot? I just cannot find ample info on this subject. Cheers, GREG

My self and another high quality detailer (SuperBee) had the opportunity to work on a trio (black Vette, Ferrari Moden 360 F1, 911) of cars that needed some paint corrections done to restore them to better than new. Lucky for us the owner is a car enthusiast and really valued our workmanship...

The winters around here don't lend well to lots of work, good thing I do other things with my time. 30" of powder this day, I was dead tired by noon. Cheers, GREG

While I don't get very many boats the ones I do get seem to turn out very nicely for me, according to the owners of this boat I've just made myself famous in the area now. This boat was brand new at the beginning of March. It sat on the water from then till about 2 weeks ago..........hard...

Has anyone else tried this stuff? I bought it for a car with bad bugs and tree sap issues. It worked like a charm for me. When you are using it the gritty sounds being made make you wonder if its marring the holy crap out of the paint. I had a hard time finding the marring, and still unsure...
