I found this sheepskin wheel cleaning tool for $5.99 at Pep Boys. It works great in part due to it conical shape. If you want a safe, soft tool for getting in between the spokes, this is one of the best tools I have found for the job.

This time I worked on another pickup truck and boy do I have respect for the pro detailers. Detailing a truck really is a lot of square footage. I was exhausted when I finished. The only trouble I had was with the tires. He takes the truck to the auto wash and I think they are using some...
I notice that doing a big detail like another F-150 today that my hands get very dried out.
Does anyone have a product they use for this?
Just curious...Thanks. :)
A friend of mine and I are looking for a bulk purchase....have tons of microfiber to wash during the detailing season...
1. Excluding the excellent Charlie's Soap, what brands do you like and why from a performance standpoint?
2. What are the best deals to be had on a per ounce basis...
Finally feel like I have enough experience to share some thoughts by way of a mini-review.
Here are my impressions:
1. Overall: quality product, right up there with the SSR and 1Z polishes which are some of my favorites.
2. Little pricey at $12.95 per 8 ounces. Maybe $15 for 16...
Used Z-PC Fusion to clean up a real bent fender on a black Ford F-150, yet another one of a neighbor's. We did a Zaino Z-7 wash, Z-18 clay, Z-PC and since we are limited on time we used Pinnacle Souveran as LSP. He'll bring his truck back maybe on Thursday and we will do the whole thing...
I think Eimann Fabrik may be a "sleeper" line...a quality line that gets little attention but has uniformly high quality products in effectiveness, ease of use.
What lines do you feel are "sleepers"?
Well good ole Bret my detailing guru swung around close to my car yesterday and scratched my right rear tailight with his super-tough Nextel phone and left a medium scratch. Lawsuits were filed. :D
Today I head down to the garage to try our two plastic polishes I have had good results with...
Am I missing something or did the mods get started with extra rep points? I see a lot of green squares
I'm not sure this is bad but I see value in everyone being equal...or is it because the mods just see more rep traffic from monitoring?
Just trying to understand the new system a...
I got to play with the super squishable Magic Cube today from DF Towel. Considered to be a possible substitute of sorts for clay, this sponge like cube is very interesting.
My results are that it did a good job of removing tree sap and mino dirt from my trunk lid when used with Z-6. It had a...

Will add review comments later...initial impressions:
1. Very, very soft.
2. Thin (on purpose) ww 16x27 inch in size.
3. Seems perfect for qd work and final buffing. Might be excellent for glass as well.
4. Light blue in color with darker blue silk one piece edging.
Nice towel so...
Well we finally had some great weather here today in Atlanta. 65 and sunny. :) So I decided to wash the car. Based on a friend's recommendation I bought a 32 ounce bottle of the Auto Spa EF soap from CMA for $9.95. This is great stuff. I took some pictures of it in action.
