Thinking about bringing my car to TNT Tint in Alexandra. Has anyone been there before?

The screen on our Samsung plasma has gone black. The TV will turn on, but theres no picture, just a black screen. Does anyone know how to fix this? Would like to fix it myself if possible.

Do you do a prep- sol or alcohol wipe down as you polish, why or why not? How much time do you spend inspecting the paint after/ as you polish? How do you inspect the paint?
