    06 Cadillac CTS

I don`t know how anyone can get leather to look so nasty. Anyway is is there any chance that this will look presentable after cleaning? Plus the drivers seat does it look ripped or do you think it`s just stained?

    Finally got around to finishing

Finally finished up the wind deflector on the camaro. Got the led strip mounted under it and hooked up to the brake lights. I hate wiring, so been dragging my feet on this one.

What happened from summer tire changeover.

I threw my back out over the weekend. so I had my daughter take the jag in to get the summer tires put on it. She came home with this recommendation sheet. Almost every thing on this lis has been done in the last 5 thousand miles. Then the end links do need to be changed out, but it`s the front...

    Victoria wax

Finally got around to washing the car and was planning on using the Victoria wax. The Victoria wax says to apply by hand. They don`t recommend using any kind of applicator. They say it changes the mixture percentages because the pad absorbs some of the oils and solvents. Two things, I wonder if...

    My first paint correction

Photos I probably should have added originally. I didn`t because I didn`t like the quality of them, but decided what the heck. The black stripes looked about as bad as the John deer hood looked before it was polished. The first picture of the paint was before. Not a great picture but if you zoom...

    Auto insurance

Been with USSA for decades. They have raised our auto insurance by 24% for our next renewal. Not like we`ve had a ticket or accident. So, I was wondering what experience others on here have had with armed forces insurance (AFI)? Definitely need to switch from USAA.

A very different question about da polisher

Well I`ve ended up ordering this setup. This is to do a paint correction on my 13 camaro. Not that I won`t be doing a paint test spot. Every bit of research has stated that it has a hard clear. So air power just wasn`t the right choice as they use such high cfm`s. I`d probably be deaf by time I...

A very different question about da polisherI have a service related brain injury that has severely limited the use of my left hand and arm. In the past couple of years it has gotten much worse. Myself for rinsing off the salt and brine in the winter I bought one of these. The Underwasher :: Hose accessory that lets you clean under your car, RV, boat or ATV!. Made in the good ole USA. Undercarriage detailing

are there others out here that pay attention to the undercarriage too? I`m surprised by the lack of conversations about here. Twice a year I put each of my vehicles up on stands. Take off all four wheels, lay them on some polystyrene sheets. I start with doing a very thorough upper engine...
