Is this normal? To experiment, I put the PC on one, grabbed the backing plate (no pad on), then turned it on. It went in it's orbital motion, but the plate itself did not spin at all. Does this mean that if I apply some pretty firm pressure to it, it's not really spinning? Is this ok...
