will menzerna IP applyed with PC remove Zaino?

heard alot about 303 aerospace from you guys so i picked a bottle up today to give it a try. have used back to black,will i need to clean that off before applying the 303? can i use this on a stearing wheel to? thanks for any help

this is my first time and got the edge starter kit from autogeek. what do you think of this pads? i noticed that the surface of the pads didnt look flat, tried it out on a old hood, looked like polish collected in the dip. should i have went with something else? the pads looked like this before...

found pc 7424 at coastal tool for $109 is this a good deal? where should i look for pads at? im just starting out, i have my old beater i will be practicein on. do you recomend a new back plate or can i pick this up later
