    white stitching black leather

Anyone have experience keeping white stitching on black leather clean? I read posts on how to clean stitching and it scares me that I will be in that boat, so I'm opting for prevention. After I condition my seats, i'm going to waterproof the seams to start. Cheers

    yosteve here

I'm back, well sorta, just saying hello. Has it really been ten years since I logged in? Crazy. Allow me to introduce myself, self proclaimed Klasse specialist and microfiber connoisseur used to absolutely live here back in the day. I still have my baby that lead me here, but unfortunately...

Paying for the sins of my car.

I clayed my car yesterday. I washed a panel, then clayed the panel. Forgive my neglect, my lovely Passat :( it took me almost 4 hours to clay all the rail rust off my car. Did we decide where rail rust comes from? I'll take the dust problems you guys have over this any day. Moral of the...

    I'm done!

No, i'm not done with microfiber towels :xyxthumbs I'm done paying off the car! I paid it off 11 months in advance, yay me! No car payment rocks, especially one as high as this one was, hehe. The sad irony is that I my car got a booboo (hit some ice and spun out), but it's all...

OMG, Rain-X Wheel protectant is back

Yes it's back and in a new light Carolina Blue bottle :up If you have a tough time removing break dust and are lazy about waxing your wheels, the products works well (better on waxed wheels). Also, since you're only using regular carwash soap and not harsh chemicals, it's friendlier to...

the good of PTFE, aka, Teflon

I know many of you, everybody in fact ;) does not care much about PTFE or Teflon or it's benefits it can have in say, car wax or quick detailer or whatever. I'm doing some searching on waterborne dispersions at work (currently we use PTFE in our coatings to give it lubricity). Contrary...

I encourage you to test Klasse application on glass

I've often used my windshield and other windows to help determine the longevity and durability of Klasse (both SG and AIO) If your window is Klasse free (or make it so by cleaning it before hand), put some SG on it, the method we mostly use (waiting to buff) and then do it on another window...

    One Leather Process

I was looking at Leather Tiles (floor and wall) and happened upon this read. For those who don't think leather is topcoated, at least one company "finishes" their leather. Automotive This leather has been specifically designed for use in the automotive industry. Automotive is a...

OMG, Armor All Tire Foam Protectant is good!

So it's not often that I try a product (ehem, BMDP ;) ) that's over the counter and like it a lot. Let's just say preliminarily I like this one. Now I've never been a fan of tire swipeing. I used that purple gooey stuff for so long and all it did was stick and brown. Kinda like rolling...

    Klasse instructions

If you haven't read it alread, I'm posting my Klasse instructs. It's pretty much what I (myself) recommend and I think it works rather well for newbies. That doesn't mean to go against or to put down others' methods, it's just the way that I've personally found and recommended doing so. [I've...

303 observations from a BMDP fan.

So I went to the dressing review section to look for a review on Black Magic Dashboard Protectant Semi-gloss, and there was none to be found. If there ever was a unknown breakthrough product this is it. As some of you may know, I'm a completely huge fan of BMDP, especially on the black...
