I have detailed both an Orient Blue `04 BMW 530iA and an `04 530iA in Sapphire (sp?) Black. I found both of these colours to be extremely hard. Am I just crazy or are the "newer" BMW paints harder than the old ones? I was using a P/C on speed 6 with varing pads. Wade

I hated the edge 2K pads, they were to soft, in my opinion, and did not cut as effectively as wolfgang pads. Are there any other pads that have the stiffness of the wolgang pads? Thanks, Wade

While I like the work time of my Optimum polishes, they leave too much micro marring. What polish, please name specific polishes, that will leave extremely little micro marring. I know that I will sacrifice work time, but that is okay. Wade

After reading alot of click and brags it seems it takes me way too long to polish, usually 7-8 hours on medium-hard paint and it still isn't swirl free. I use either wolfgang or edge 2K pads with optimum polishes and compounds. What am I doing so wrong? Wade
